  • Track Application Status: Monitor the application status online. In some cases, premises inspections may cause delays.
  • Reply to Clarifications: If asked for clarifications during inspection, respond within 30 days.
  • Grant of Registration: Upon approval, receive the FSSAI Registration Certificate with a unique 14-digit registration number.

The necessary documents vary based on the type of applicant (individual/proprietorship or other entities like Private Limited Company, LLP, Partnership Firm, Trust/Society). Some common documents include the proprietor’s photo, government-issued IDs, proof of address, and a list of food products.
